I interviewed Mark Ellis for AmericasComedy.com, we were doing the whole "Your album just came out" interview, but we'd had a couple of beers and started talking about all kinds of stuff. It was one of the easiest, most fun interviews I've ever done. It was so much fun that I had some leftover stuff, and here it is.

To give some background, Ellis is a connoisseur of quick serve restairants (aka chain restaurants) and fast food, so of course we had to talk about that. Then we discussed his days as a phone guy at The Comedy Store and how that led to some odd stand-up gigs.
